6. Appointments and Cancellations
6.1. All appointments are subject to availability and require a deposit:
Consultations: £50
Treatments: £50 or 50% of the treatment cost (depending on the treatment required)
6.2. If you do not pay a deposit within the required timeframe, your appointment may be allocated to another client.
6.3. If you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
6.4. The clinic is not suitable for young children. Please do not bring children to your appointment.
6.5. You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in deposit forfeiture.
6.6. Treatment cancellations require 10 days' notice. Treatments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, provided the new date is within two months.
6.7. In the event that we must cancel your appointment, we will offer you the next available appointment or a full refund.
7. Treatments
7.1. Treatment suitability is determined during consultation. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
7.2. Courses of treatments must be paid in full before the first session. Refunds for pre-paid courses are only given if a medical condition prevents treatment, and evidence from a doctor is required.
8. Promotions
8.1. Promotions are subject to availability and individual terms and conditions.

9.2. We do not guarantee treatment outcomes. Refunds are not given if results do not meet your expectations.
10. Complaints

10.2. Complaints made via social media are not monitored.
10.3. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 28 days.
11. Liability
11.1. You must provide accurate medical history before treatment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by failure to disclose relevant information.
11.2. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Loss of data or property.
Loss of goodwill.
